Dr. Gilbert's Complimentary
Consultation
No "models" were used. All patients shown are our actual patients. Together we'll create a beautiful smile. Dr. Gilbert and his staff are committed to making your first visit, and every
visit, to our office as pleasant as possible. During our complimentary consultation process, we will be taking two X-Rays, a Panorex and a
Cephalogram. We are pleased to advise you that these first set of X-Rays are
taken free of charge. These X-Rays are a necessary part of Dr.
Gilbert's in-depth orthodontic examination and allows him to develop
your individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. As Dr. Gilbert understands
that each patient's orthodontic needs are unique, ample time will be given for
you/parents to review treatment options and properly address any questions that
you may have.
As soon as your consultation with Dr. Gilbert is complete, you will then have
the opportunity to meet with our Financial Coordinator who will review treatment
fees and payment options. As Dr. Gilbert is committed to making braces
affordable, we offer NO DOWN PAYMENT and low monthly payment options. And, most
insurance plans are happily accepted. As we frequently treat more than one
family member, family discounts are offered for two or more members of the same
family.
We ask that you set aside approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours for this initial
visit. We believe that it is important for you to have a clear understanding of
all aspects of your proposed treatment. Again, there is no charge for this
initial consultation.
Let's Begin The Treatment Process
We hope that you will be pleased with our office and will
consider us for all your orthodontic needs. If Dr. Gilbert has indicated that you are ready to begin the treatment process, diagnostic records must be
completed before braces can be placed. Please be advised that there is a fee for
diagnostic records which is due at the time that this service is rendered. As a
courtesy to you, Dr. Gilbert offers a significant reduction on this fee
if you elect to proceed with records on the day of your complimentary
consultation. Therefore, please be prepared to pay for this service if you
would like to start immediate treatment. Otherwise, a separate
appointment date can be set aside for you to complete this important first step
in the treatment process.
